How to request a correction
Email ben@eseospace.com with the page URL, exact statement at issue, explanation, authoritative supporting link, and the date you observed the change. Identify your relationship to the product.
How requests are reviewed
We compare the request with primary sources and, when relevant, the product itself. A vendor request is considered evidence, not an instruction. We may ask follow-up questions and may decline changes that are promotional, subjective, unsupported, or immaterial.
What we correct
We prioritize errors involving pricing, availability, security or privacy claims, product ownership, plan limits, setup instructions, quotations, attribution, and other facts that could materially change a reader’s decision.
How changes appear
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently. Material factual corrections should update the review date and, when appropriate, include a visible correction note describing what changed. Editorial conclusions may remain when the underlying facts are accurate.
